DONT GO HERE. The other reviewers are not lying about this place and the rude @-hole that owns it. I went into the nursery side of it on two separate occasions, out of sheer desperation, and the owner had to be the most un-friendly, un-helpful, ignorant, rude person that I've dealt with in awhile. The pricing is overly expensive, the business looks to be falling apart, it stinks, its open at random, don't take credit cards, and just genuinely a TERRIBLE experience. I'd never have another plant if i had to go there again and I'd personally just walk my furniture item by item if I had to rent a U-haul from there. Go out of business already and do everyone a favor. I wish I could give it a negative star rating

Something is BAD WRONG with this U-Haul dealer!!!! When I picked up the truck, he said I "better" have it back by a certain time. When I brought it back, he tried to charge me an extra $50 to add maybe a half a gallon of gas to the tank, even though it was actually more in it than it had when I left. Also, I made sure to sweep out the back of the truck but he said it was filthy with muddy footprints and made me mop it out, which the mop just added gritty mess to the truck. I noticed he had scratched out the sign that U-Haul had put in it the said the truck must be swept clean. I have several pictures as proof of everything. I don't know what this guy's problem is. I don't know if he is a bully, is paranoid, or has delusions of power, or just what his problem is, but he is giving U-Haul a very bad image. It has left a very bad image in my mind. I don't know if I will ever use U-Haul again. I called U-Haul and put in a formal complaint. I requested and hope they will take a very close look at what is going on there. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this guy and I would definitely complain to U-Haul as necessary, and to put your experiences on Yelp and on other webs
